Willow Technology Announces Availability Of New MQSeries
Products
CAMPBELL, California--July 15, 1998--Willow Technology, Inc. today
announced the General Availability of its MQSeries client software products for Silicon
Graphics IRIX and Data General DG/UX operating systems.
An MQSeries client is an independently installable component of the MQSeries product
line that allows a user to run MQSeries applications. Both products allow users to now
exchange information with other applications running on any of the more than 30 operating
systems supported by the award winning MQSeries. MQSeries delivers application integration
throughout the enterprise, by use of a simple, high-level programming interface that
shields developers from operating systems and network complexities and enables them to

MQSeries Client for IRIX supports the IRIX operating system versions 6.2 through 6.5.
MQSeries Client for DG/UX supports the DG/UX operating system versions R4.20MU01 or later
running on Intel platforms. Both products are available immediately. A 10-user license
bundle for either product is priced at $1500.
The company today also announced that it has commenced Beta testing of its MQSeries for
UnixWare server product. General Availability is expected in September.
