Willow Technology Selling Q
Pasa!** Worldwide for MQSoftware
Minneapolis, Minnesota and Santa Clara,
California; June 12, 2000: MQSoftware, Inc. and Willow Technology announce
an agreement whereby Willow Technology will resell Q Pasa! and the entire
MQSoftware product line through Willow’s worldwide sales offices.

and sales cooperation to a wider set of key platforms and customers," says

Willow Technology is the leading independent provider
of MQSeries client and server products and specializes in Hewlett-Packard MPE/iX,
UnixWare, Apple Mac OS, SCO OpenServer, SGI IRIX and DG/UX platforms. Willow
Technology has ported MQSeries to the aforementioned platforms. These versions
of MQSeries are sold directly by Willow Technology and resold by IBM. This
agreement will assure continued support for MQSeries customers operating on
these platforms.
Q Pasa!, from MQSoftware, is the leading management
tool for the MQSeries family of products. Q Pasa! is the only management product
for MQSeries that addresses five critical management areas: configuration,
performance, problem, operations and analysis. Q Pasa! enables management of the
middleware environment for MQSeries, MQSeries Integrator (Version 1 & 2),
MQSeries Workflow, and MQSeries Everyplace. Q Pasa! is the only MQSeries
management product supporting the full range of Willow Technology’s platforms.

This agreement covers all MQSoftware products for the
MQSeries family including PFBridge, SQL Bridge, and Q Liner, a new file transfer
product for the enterprise.
